hi just looking for answers on the following questions.

1, avg pop amounts per player per season with a lv 4 coach? for example if i swapped to a dif training aspect each time a pop hapened with a player how many pops would i be likely to get. lets assume te player is a rookie with zero previous training and all skills are lv 1 .

2, in what order would you train each skill for each postion and to what lv assuming the player was a rookie with zero previous training and all skills at lv 1.

3, do higher league draft players with higher skills?

i may add more questions lol

1. It really depends on what you are training but if you really want a number, I estimate it at 8 pops. Although this is not a reliable estimate since you can have more than 10 or less than 3.

2. I have no idea how I will train a player if he has all skills at atrocious. I'd rather fire him. The way I train my players is by making them stronger in the skills where they have a high rating.

3. I believe this is not true. From what I know the skills of the draft players are random but there is a limit. From my experience, the best skill a player can have is respectable except in free throw where they can have strong. But I am not sure here. Please confirm.

I´ll add to Geedys answear:

1. You can do an estimation yourself from this thread: Training Speed Analysis (78242.1) since it depends on possitions trained and different trainings.

2. It is quite common to rotate training type, one or two weeks at a time. This is done since if one skill gets higher than the others it will train slower (outsideskills are affected by outsideskills and inside skills by inside skills). (381.53)

To answer #3 no, at least not that I have seen. You still have to train your players.

To help with #1, depends on what you are training. PF-C's are easiest, then Guards. If you are just beginning choose one or the other, and stay with it for a couple (two) seasons, rotating your skill sets. Build up your team, getting at least 5 players the min training requirement a week, 48 mins. It takes work but you will build a team in that manner.
