Friday to Friday.
Only the total minutes that ideally should be between 60-80 minutes per week. :) any more or less will result in loss of game shape.
some less will lead to an average better game shappe, 55-60 is the optimum and minutes less are as good as extra minutes.(without massage, with massage i have no data)
Personally i like to get my players under 75 minutes, 80minutes ain't bad but if you have then often the game shape isn't the way i like it much.
