Is the 35k that i get for that each week just the cap for div IV? So it will go up when i get to div III? Or how is that determined? I've always wondered and never been able to find the answer.

The TV contract is the same at all levels.

Yep, but is not major income. Arena, and players trading are the 2 major reasons for good income
