Is there any way the GE logic can be improved so that the reserves won't end up closing games out? It's annoying and unrealistic.

What sort of situation? I don't watch all of my games, but my general impression is that starters will close a game out if it's tight (though maybe better 3-point shooters will come in if trying to catch up) and reserves will close a game out if it isn't close. Is that not happening?

end of game logic-
1- when a team is down by 20 points with a minute left, no reason to foul
2- when a team is down by 20 points with a minute left, no reason to call a Full Timeout.
3- When a team is up by 20 points with a minute left, just run Basic Offense.

(and anything else to shorten the last few minutes of games that are no longer a contest)

yeah I get pretty pissed off when my opponents call full timeout or foul the instant I get the ball and there's 30 seconds left and I'm leading by 20 points....
that should be fixed

I agree with you. That happened to me in my last scrimmage when I was leading by 40 points. How are they ever going to win, you know what I mean?
