when i click on one of my players it says (For this player to be eligible to play in the playoffs with another team, he must be placed on the transfer list).does this mean that he wont be able to play with me in the playoffs.plz reply

No, it means this:

if he stays on your team, it's fine.
if he is to play on a different team, he needs to be sold by the relevant date (May 14th).

he needs to be put on transfer list (there are no limits how long a bidding war could last - only the price)
