At the end of this NT-Coach period, I wanna sum up the period a bit and probably discuss with You about it.

Results

Euro-Qualification 3-3 (7th Season)
This was the best scotish record ever in an euro-qualification round. I think especially the victories against Latvia (WR Nr. 36; 887 teams) and Sakartvelo (WR Nr. 58, 102 teams) were great. Against Spain, Poland and Slowenia weh ad no chances. So for me this round was a real great success!

CT- Tournament 2-6 (8th Season)
Of course we wanted more during this tournament, but we lost two close games (2 and 5 points) and we played only against teams which are in the TOP 50 of the world. But we won against Norway (WR Nr. 45) (5277)and Panama (WR Nr. 34), cause we played exactly the right tactics.

Scrimmages 4-3 (7th Season) and 2-1 (8th Season)
This is not so important, but I think some games were ok, too. We played all the time against teams, which are/were around 40th to 60 th place in the world, so they were not just easy wins.

All in all we are now at the 56th place of the world, which is real good for our small community. BUT the biggist problem is and will be that we stay at the same quality, cause some of our best players do not get training any more, while other NTs will be better and better. Our U21 is weak and f.ex. next season the NT will just get one ā€žnew playerā€œ. => We need better and more training for our youngsters!

Community/ Cooperation
First of all I wanna thank all the supporters of our NT! Thanks to the Scouts, they really helped me and together weh ad some good tactical ideas. Thanks to everybody, who posted into the forums, which make the game more fun. I’m sorry that there was no real cooperation with the U21 coach and I’m really sorry, that we didn’t got a new U21. We had some good candidates, but no-one voted.
So, do not forget the next NT election!

Thanks to everybody who voted for me and to everybody, who approved in my work.

I knew I should've joined the Scottish League when i started!

I really hope that my fellow scotsmen vote to keep you at the helm because you've been fantastic for the Scotland NT so far.

I think 2 seasons are enough. Now a new manager with new ideas can try his best.

I'll search for another interesting job...

Hi Bock...I want to make my point now because it's very easy to point the finger to other persons without reasons. As far as I remember I have left to you Crum, McMichael and other players because you required them despite the fact they were in the U21. Secondly you asked me for other players because you had injuries during the season again and I found Agnew in SG position for you...I never heard thank you. Isn't this cooperation? Now if you want to carry on talking and talking about your glorious run and saying to me that you found Donnelson and you didn't say anything to me before calling him up in the NT as well that's fine. Just don't complain every single time about the U-21 NT and help to find valid players instead of complaining and complaining... And also you should consider who is traning NT players a bit more...

Congratulations! I'm sure you'll do a good job!

I wish you all the best for the next two seasons! If you want some help, just write and ask... of course you can get the excel-file with all national players from me.

That's exactly what I was just about to do. I've been scouting all morning using BBStats. It's brilliant but i have to commend you and your scouting team because I haven't found one player that's better than the current roster!

You've been added to my buddy list!
