Maybe this should be in the Help forum, but I believe this is not a question regarding stuff contained in the Rules section.

Taking the promotion towards national top league, how the division II champions are put at which conferences?

My guess is:

a. div.II champion with best regular season record replaces 8th place with the worst record;

b. div.II champion with 2nd best regular season record replaces the other 8th place;

c. div II. champion with 3rd best regular season record replaces worst record relegation series loser team;

d. div.II champion with worst regular season record replaces the best record relegation series loser team.


Am I correct or the only criteria is the regular season record? Im asking this because as there is a huge disparity between some conferences at top divisions, some 8th place and thus, automaticaly relegated teams have actually better records than some other conferece 6th or 7th placed teams.

Any theory for bot promotion?

i believe it is random

So i am in league 111.6 and lost in the final. But do i still get a promotion to division 2? My record was 12-10 winning 6 of my last 7, and then winning the quarter and semi finals. but lost in the grand final. Please help i am really hoping i get a promotion to divi 2.

In my opinion you have almost no chance of getting promotion. There only a few bot team in all Australian II. league at non relegated positions. And replacement of bot teams is done by regular season record.
