Does it (negatively) affect rebounding? The rules page makes no mention of this, but I think it would make sense.

Also, the rules say that it forces a slow pace. What does that mean exactly? Decreased fatigue during the game would seem logical, and would also be a plus, but what if your opponent plays a high-paced offense, like Run and Gun? Would that have a negative impact?

I also suspect that a slow pace implies fewer forced turnovers and generally less pressure on your opponent, is that correct?
I've never used this defense but I would like to give it a try, any help would be appreciated, thank you!
