Here are my wild guesses...
Base Offense
Player with best available shot takes it.
Push the Ball
Focus on quick shots and breaks (mainly inside shots on breaks)
Patient
Focus on slower, higher quality shots (mix of inside and outside)
Look Inside
Focus on getting the ball to the centers and power forwards (inside shots)
Low Post
Focus on getting the ball to the center (inside shots)
Motion
Focus on getting the ball to the forwards (small / power) for jump / inside shots
Run and Gun
Focus on shooting guard and fast shots (outside shots)
Princeton
Focus on slower, higher quality shots from guards?
