I'm wondering, when exactly are we going to see the new draft class. In the rules section it says that we will get them "right after the season ends". Will all countries get to seem them at the same time, or does it go by time zone?

I dont think there is a concrete answer here. I believe the draft list is not automated so basically it happens when it happens. Should be soon.
