I wanna suggest couple of things for NT and wanna hear your opinions and if you don`t like my suggestion please give arguments don`t just write "I don`t agree with you"


1) First one suggestion is about hosting country of the tournaments, as we all know you are able to win some tournament and become next hosting country so I suggest that games would be played in ~20 (we should use the number of games in tournament that wont be two games in one arena) hugest arenas of that country and owners would get 15%-30% of revenue (arenas almost always full cause it`s huge tournaments) all the rest should go to the playing NTs budgets splitting the amount of money 50%-50%. After each game money should be transfer to the teams those have players in the National Team (each player is equal and has his part of money NT received from the game using formula [amount of money]/[number of players in NT]=[money to transfer to owner of player])

this wont be huge money but a least some motivation for team owners, maybe even NT should be able to win some money in tournaments so it would be even more revenue and motivation to teams owners.

2) Not official tournaments should get something as well, so it would be like this:
Owner of the arena doesn`t get any revenue but NTs would split the amount of money by half and pay it for players teams. Arena should be picked from the country there the game is being played and hugest one from that country with for exemplar something around 30% of arenas sits are filled up.

the easier way to help or motivate to train NT players is some % cut from their wage))

But his suggestion is basically cutting a player's wage. Just instead of not paying the full salary, you pay everything normally but you also get more money.

and there would be more revenue for NT those play more well then others and everything would depend from results and games as well stadium owners would get something from hosting huge tournaments.

but mostly only them are able to aford to have NT players and there should be some advantage to the hosting country.

There is an advantage, it's home court advantage in games involving the home team.

i won't give the owners of the arena the money, maybe we could give the payback like that ...

But i like a fix sum in relation to their salary most, because thepayback could be very different. If you play with your U21 team in the arena from Laim, you would earn good money and it is lucrative. If you play in the biggest arena from Al Jazair(just an example), you will get pretty less money.

that`s why it would be more fun and more responsibility for coach, cause as far the team goes in tournament as more money get owners... And there almost wont be left any place for situations then coach takes player from friends or his team, cause he would have to show result.

but together with this there should be implemented system how to fire the coach for community... maybe in countries there coach work is rated from at least 50 votes he would be fired and second place winner would be appointed as a coach if popularity would be less then 10%. This could happen just once per season so max rotation would be 3 coaches per election period.

but it is hard to calculate with it, i think good NT players find easier a team if you could calculate how much money you will get back. And with this system i believe the strong nations getting stronger then the weak one, lets see nigeria for example.

In my eyes their NT make a good job, but in africa cup the infrastructure is usually weaker then the one from Europe or America. So this team get rewarded less money, even for excellent coaching + and gs manegement which will lower the motivation to train their players(because you get only a part of it back then italy).
