Suggestion about staff from BB-Lithuania community:

We have huge discussion about current staff system.

One of the best suggestions was that there could be contracts instead of growing wages cause for now it`s like a robbery and it doesn`t even worth to pay 800k bid price and after a season have the same wage as staff member before. So better system should give as at least 24* weeks of calm time counting our finances. The point is that anybody who would win bid-war on staff member would sign contract with him for 24* weeks (not growing wage). Two week before contract will be finished user gets possibility to buy new staff member without paying compensation for staff member he has for that moment. If you user doesn`t buy new staff member so current one goes on transfer list and is being replaced into 1lvl staff member for the time till user will buy new staff member (no need to pay compensation for 1 lvl staff member). If user wanna replace staff member in first 12* weeks he should pay 2x weekly wage as a compensation if after 12* weeks 1x weekly wage and last 2 weeks no compensation.

This system would let as make long term planing.

Argument why we wanna changes is that for now staff members` wage is growing every week without any feedback as from the players. Players are showing increase in effectiveness for the team so their wages are growing with a reason. Staff members` wage is growing in insane speed without giving any effectiveness for the team.


As well there was the suggestion that this would be not a issue if staff members would have some skills those would improve together with rising wage and give some feedback for the team recounting their wage every month like stadium prices.
But for this there should some skills training system so it`s way more harder system to implement into the game then first one suggested.

Transition period would 4* week from old system to the new one, nobody would pay compensation for current staff members and new one they would buy in that period would already sign contract for next 24* weeks. If you would wanna keep current ones so just do nothing and they will sign 24* weeks contracts with your team automatically after transition period. No wage increase during transition period.

*means this is best amount of week in our opinion
