Hi! I wrote some suggestions in the forum BB Global (German), but to be save I post them here, too. Sorry, if my suggestions have already been made, but this forum is very big and I'm too lazy to search :-)

1. Tricotdesigner: Simple graphical module to define at least your own team-colours. The tricots can be shown e.g. at the Team-Overview.

2. Optical display of arena: Show the arenas and their current configuration level in some kind of style (groundplan, 3D, etc.).

3. Newspaper: I've already made this suggestion some time ago, but unfortunately with no response. I think it would be amusing if every nation has a kind of virtual Buzzerbeater-Newspaper consisting all national supporters' news releases. Layout in newspaper-character maybe motivate non-supporters to become supporter, because they want their stories to be read.

4. Staff-wages: Of course, everyone wants to earn more permanently and the staff market should be in motion, but the weekly increment of wages for my staff is enormous and in my opinion not realistic.

5. Motivation playoffs: I think it would be more realistic if teams who reach playoffs will get a little motivation-bonus. In real world it's the same ... moving in playoffs increases a team's motivation! Maybe with a small graduation: more motivation-bonus for teams who reached playoffs just (true to the motto "Yes, we didi it, now more than ever!"), less motivation-bonus for teams who are save in playoffs rounds before (true to the motto "We will become champion anyway!")

All in all, sorry for my poor English :-)

Best regards,
Bani

If I got you correctly you are suggesting the season outcome should rather relyon one game luck rather than whole season effort and/or strategic decisions and micromanagement. Then I would say boo, no way! I agree that there could be more goodies for making play offs but it should not influence the outcome. A bit brainstorming i could imagine funny things like every play off made are +1 season towards hall of came count, cheaper naming rights for arena, maybe bigger short term boost in merchandise etc. Not sure about real incomes - any change should be carefully considered in advance to prevetn any potential major unbalance caused.

Maybe I used the wrong words. With motivation I mean the team-mood and a bonus on this value of course should not be too high. For example:

Table:
1. +1
2. +1
3. +2
4. +2

With the lowered HCA for stronger teams then i assume this will have this effect anyway?

Home Court Advantage.
It's the boost you get when playing at home.

Well anyway personally I'm against any thing which is closing the gap between two play off opponent although I would benefit from such a change few next seasons.

I agree with you.. giving boost to ent is neutralizing the effort a team made to come top of his conference.. as you , I think, said in another post too many suggestions made just for the sake of change. And things are working great so far.

Standings at beginning of season-
Why have the standing in alphabetical order? Why not put the new season standings in the order that they finished the previous season?

1- Where you start the season would make a difference to your fans during the 'off-season', and influence ticket season ticket sales, to some extent. Also the opening game sales.
2- Would make it easier to see which teams should have an impact- easier for scouting the coming season

and put the promoted/relegated teams where?? at the bottom? first place? a promoted team could very well end up in the top two during the season so why put him last? and I don't see how it would influence the attendance? season ticket sales and fans depend on your performance during the previous season already, that's the "I am pleased with the team's performance last season" thing in the fan survey.
and the make it easier to see which teams should have an impact is directly connected to my first point about relegated/promoted teams.
