Can someone tell me if it is true that "if a player does not play any single minute in a year, he remains at the same age for the next season"? I have bought a 19 years old new player and I see that he has been drafted at season 6 and he did not play at all at season 7. This season he did not play any game neither. So shall I make him play or not ? Thanks for your help.

He was drafted in season 6, which means that he started playing at the start of season 7 (at the age of 18), and then got a year older for season 8. Unless the BBs have tinkered with the game for the sake of it, the player will be 20 in a few weeks.

The draft is at the end of the season, not at the start of the season.

So the player was drafted at the end of season 6, his 1st season (18 yo) is season 7, and now he's 19 in his 2nd season, season 8.

The current draft is Season 8 Draft as well, instead of Season 9 Draft.
