Personally, considering how much FCP takes away from your inside defense and rebounding, I would say that unless your defense creates 25+ turnovers you're likely to get beat. Your offensive strategy is much more dependent on what your players are good at, but if your opponent likes to control the middle, you might want to consider an offense that shoots from the perimeter more.
4. All this tells me is that you have balanced offense with no superstar scorers and he has a bunch of committed rebounders, so if you try to match up inside with him, you'll probably get beat.
