the team im playin in my relegation series switched up his tactics and went to look inside, when he "looks inside" his team scores significantly better amount of points. then he switched to man D and held me to 89 points

2-3 zone is most effective against Look Inside, but if your team can't outscore him with whatever your preferred offense is you don't have much of a shot.
