Quick question about training. I want to run a push the ball offense and a full court Defense. So I started off by training stamina for the most part. Now I want to start training more skills. So which skill should I train for my offense. I was thinking that One on One, Ball Handling, or Passing would be a good training for pushing the ball.
and one last question, would pressure train pushing the ball offensively (putting pressure on the defense) or train pressure on the defense?
