i hope you not only train two...
if you train positions (forwards, guards etc) the training will go faster...
you have to try to give as many players as possible 48 mins on those positions to get maximum out of training (younger players train faster)
if you train the whole team everything goes slower...
there is a thread with an overview of training speed, try to find this.
