Why are u using for ranking words, not numbers??? It's horrible to find out how good player is, i'm plying other manager games where are numbers, it's better. I can find more quickly wich player is better.

WHY ??? WHY WORDS???

If you are talking about using words for each players skills, you can hold your mouse pointer over the word and it will show you the number equivalent.
