Just wondering rough estimate of draft time for Australia?

I'd say after 10 pm Western Australian time.
The announcement says that off season processing starts after 10 am Boston time so thats 10pm here.

The announcement also says it could be as late as Tuesday evening Boston time before the off season processing will be finished...

I really don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if BB's used the same order as they used generating the draft list. That was done by country ID.
