This speech is to announce that I am indeed running for USA National Team coach for the Season 9-10 term.

This past term was, to me, our best yet, as we overcame some extreme adversity to make a run to the semifinals that looked DOA as early as the first game of the tournament.

The first term was horrific and the second term was good, but I always had a nagging thought that home court advantage was the main factor.

Not this time around.

Basically, I think that even though we had a great run, and won our first medal on foreign soil, we're not quite there yet.

Our scouting is now, to me, second to none in the world, and our training program is starting to catch up to the quality of the scouting. Once it does, we'll have the most formidable player development apparatus in the world.

Our tactical acumen was on the mark also, as every tough decision we seemed to make (CTing Italy, TIEing & punting Iran, going for it with a 2-3 Zone against Germany in the 1st Round, TIEing Argentina) ended up paying off with a semifinal date with Germany. Only if that layup by Grubbs hadn't rolled off the rim...

But I digress.

Now, we must point to the future, and I want to continue to build the USA NT program, along with Coco, into the most feared program in the world. I believe that I am by far the most qualified to do so, with the most knowledge and passion out of anyone. Also, I believe my work ethic as far as the National Team goes is second to none. I've already updated the skills for all 133 players that we are currently tracking, and I am awaiting the newest batch of qualified draftees to scout.

Finally, although communication has improced, there's still room for improvement. With the legwork becomimg more and more routine, this is an area I can focus on more and more while maintaining the high standards that we've built in other areas.

I, too am running for election again. I was last term runner up to Juicepats.

My qualifications are as follows:

1) I have never had a losing season, and I joined at the end of season 2

2) I have never been relegated, and have a fair amount of playoff experience

3) My tactical calls in big matches have been very good. It is never as simple as rock paper scissors, even though it can seem that way when the entire team is really very good. Game theory helps, so does psychology and understanding of the game engine.

4) I am entertaining. You won't be bored following the NT

5) I have more free time. Ironic that being married does that, but there you are.

6) I have the backing of several top managers, and not just managers that want me to spend less time in my division so I wont be a rival to win my series

7) Juice has had his turn. He had a solid run. I can't wait to see what our talent can do with some new thinking at the helm.

I am running for election for a first time.
Reasons to vote for me:
1) Why should the people in the higher divisions always be the National team coaches? Support the lower division and give a new guy a shot.

2) I have been a pretty good team, even though I have lacked the best talent in the league.

3) I love this game and will spend lots of time finding the new, best young prospects in USA.

4) I play the game basketball, so I know a lot about the tactics needed to win games.

5) In my first season, I started with a team that was 0-6 and not the most talent, but I managed to make the playoffs and upset the #2 seed.

Today, I officially declare myself eligible for Team USA National Team Manager, for the Season 9 to Season 10 term.

To be the best you need to everything possible to put all the right pieces together. With my dedication to this game, I am the one that will collect all the right pieces and put them together to put Team USA back on the top of the basketball world. I will do what I have promised, but I need my fellow Americans to believe and vote for me.

I have placed many plans for Team USA, but their are 3 plans that I would like to discuss and elaborate on:

1). Intensive Scouting: I'm focused on spending as much as time needed towards finding the best American prospects. I will be watching game tape, analyzing their stats and skills, also I'm looking forward to have conversations with fellow USA managers, and taking their input as well.

2). Forming A Bond: As Team USA Manager, I will be taking the input of every USA Manager, by listening to your voice, you can contact me about players you believe qualify for a spot on Team USA, also anything else you may have in mind. This way everyone will be apart of Team USA.

3). Creating The Best System: When the roster is set, I will be looking at each and every player and picking out each players strengths as weaknesses, and create a system that benefits every player. Having placed the best system will allow every player to give it their all, which will end up creating great team chemistry.

Through out the years we have disappointed our fans, and most importantly our Nation. As new Team USA Manager, I will certainly not disappoint. I will change the culture of the team, and place a winning attitude. Then once again Team USA will be "Number 1".

Oh right JuicePats is the best canditate. Right. Who likes the Patriots when they cheated to win. And for all of you people I know a lot of good strageties like the 7 seconds or less. I could lead our team to victory.
