what level trainer should i purchase for a new team?

i actually just bought a level 3 trainer for 1000. i tried earlier to get a level 5 for around 180, but that fell through. coming from hattrick, i understand the trainer level effectiveness coupled with young players, but i'm unsure as to the money i should initially spend on a trainer and youth players. i guess my question has morphed into a larger question as to the amount of money i should initially spend on trainees and a trainer. any thoughts would be much appreciated.

It's very hard to finance a lvl 5 trainer in the 5th division. The cost and the salary of lvl 5's is very high.

I would take a lvl 4 trainer if I were you, that one isn't much worse than a lvl 5, but way cheaper. You don't have to pay a high signing fee for lvl 4 trainers.

I agree its hard to finance but it is possible. I used a lvl 6 all last season and just had to keep exactly 12 guys and was very careful w/ seating and didn't use a doctor until the playoffs. (Risky but worth it).

If you can find a lvl 5 good salary low signing bonus go for it otherwise listen to Patje and go with the 4.
