some of my players will play 48 minutes in a game. If you play 90 minuets in a week dont you lose stamina? so my question is how do you have your starters start and play under 90 during there 2 league games? or should I not start my starters in every game?

All players lose stamina very slowly over time.

If you have good backups your starters will play less than 90 minutes. If your backups are way worse than your starters, then your starters will play most of the game and will not be subbed a lot, so then it's hard to stay below 90 minutes.
