I will go with the big man. 1st player is big guard, and the big guards are growing slower. 2nd player will grow faster do his height, so if i was u i keep the 2nd sell the 1st

I would train which ever you prefer (inside players or outside players) and sell the other one on the TL, because either one would sell for quite a bit.

You train stamina/FT durring the period that you have 2 games on 1 week like the all star game, last week of the play offs, and if u r not on the play offs, or lose from the 1st round then u have an other week. Why? couz stamina/FT is a team training, and is not affected by how many minutes a player is playing, like all other skills that u need at least 48minutes on the positions that you train to be able for a player to get full training.

Very poor inside skills. If i was u i would go with 2nd 1
The 1st player can only be a guard, but he is tall, so slower developing, the 2nd player is the ideal big man to train. I suggest to train 1st IS/ID/R and then he is up to 10/10/10 on those, then you can train his JS, and you will have the PF that you disire

I already answered you, about his position. He can be a very good PF and a great C. Sell the 1st player and with that money buy an other talented big man, to pair with the 2nd, and develop them both. This is what i am doing on my team. 5 big men trainees and every season i am selling 1 of them, and with that money i am buying a player for the positions that i dont train.

Edit:Sylvain Michelet is an other guy that worth some training, so just sell the PG. You will get around 500.000
