has anyone got any guesstimate for how much stamina you need to get the best out of your players? i have players with good skills but low stamina..(awful) are they likely to be playing at their optimum level (but only in the early part of the game) or am i not getting them to play at the skill levels? or is it dependent on my opponents stamina levels?

i wasnt planning to train stamina until i got my draft picks....is this a mistake? and lastly what tactics best suit my team if i have low stamina players? i assume slow tempo but can someone confirm this

thanks

oh and has it been confirmed that stamina and free throw will train faster for younger players the same as main skill?

As an illustration, my strong stamina PF played the first 46 minutes of my league game today. He got subbed out for the last two minutes. My opponent regularily subbed his starting PF in and out as a contrast.

I think your first idea about the effect of stamina is the correct one: your players will be less effective as the game goes on.
