None are have very good training value but if i had to chose i will go with 1st 2, players starting for like 4-5 weeks outside D, and then JS/JR, but there D is so bad...

okay... but these are the only players in my team that has the right age and potential...
erm... is outside D one on one?? or is it pressure?? there is no outside D in training...
