Your link doesn't show his stats. You might want to post his stats, not a link. It looks like he can be good if you train him, but I can't make a suggestion on what to train.

sure he will, if you can wait for one and a half season of hard training. till that point, he wont help you win games but he has the potential to be trained for at least 7 season.

I think that set of skills is pretty good to work with, and he looks like a very nice future PG or SG. I think he would benefit the most from Outside Defense training, and to start with, I would focus on raising that up to at least respectable or strong.

iprefer to start with 1 vs 1 during 1 season complete

then change to passin or OD taking into consideration needs of the team and the others trainees.

and the at the 4th season i will try to make him a Pg o SG training a lil more Passing or Jump Range

in other hand if you actually are training insed men try to give it some inside defense during this season

just my 2 cents

I will give you a 7 week course of traing.. There are 7 weeks before the all star break.. 1st week.. OD 2nd week...1on1 3rd week.. OD... 4th week..passing 5th week..OD 6th week... JS wingmen(play him at SG this week, JS wingmen trains IS) week 7 is the all-star week so you will have only 2 games so train FT.( if you have 3 games, train OD again.. peace
The second half of the season I would give him some more passing and 1on1 work. If you get knocked out of the cup and have a reg. scrimmage, sneak him in at PF and train rebounding.. good luck
