as i remember, gameshape was improving after games but it has been unchanged for my team and allplayers have respectable shape.

I have a feeling it only updates after the training update, can someone please confirm?

It does, except for the first training update of the season (which was last Friday). A Game Shape reset happens during that update, and every player comes out of it at "Respectable" Game Shape.
