how do u scout someone. ive done it before btu there is no button on the menu

Set the number of players you want to scout per week, then click update training and scouting. Hope this helps. :D

It has at least not been possible to do during last seasons. Whether it has existed in first seasons am I not able to answer on.

as it works now you will only get a result on your scouting when you are able to edit your draft order meaning that very untalented players might be scouted twice and so on.
