Minor suggestion:

It seems interesting to me to add on the team overview page under the present press blog the title(s) of the (two) previous blog(s) together with their date of release.
This way you can easily see if the manager is posting regularly and if it makes sense to go and read his blog.

Otherwise it is common to see a short press release on the overview page and you have no idea if his previous blog was written a week before or two seasons before. You even don't know if he has written any other blogs.
