Does anyone know how slow it is compared to 2 positions training??

I am thinking about doing it - too many players I can't let go :)

That might be where I am heading exactly... though I am considering mainly training the SF position.. so sometimes my trainees might be PFs.

So, what do you train? And how? Only 2 trainings work for those 3 positions...

It's never been stated anywhere that 3 positions isn't exactly 33.33% the speed of 1 position training. I still believe (im in the minority) (although i do 2 position training), it's most efficient (taking into account training age) to train only 1 position if you can manage the mins properly.

So if OD takes 2 weeks on 1 position training, then it would take 6 weeks on 3 positions. It's a lot easier to minute manage though.

So - basically - in OD training

1 position training = 2 players with 3 pops each in 6 weeks.
3 position training = 6 players with 1 pop each in 6 weeks.

This would be in perfect conditions for 18yr olds - so, I am basically, fu--dged.... since my players are actually 24... hmmm... I will have to see what to do what to do...

Anyway - in theory, there is a guide that says that the difference could be one or two weeks max...

I had fair results with 2 position training. changing from guards one week to power forwards/centers the next. This year I drafted a high potential Small Forward and after my cup season will each week make sure he gets his 48 minutes of game time in the position I am training that week.
