Hi
What should I do if my oppounnet have bad inside shooting and nice outside shooting but also he has good rebound(probably better than my rebound) ?
What kind of defensive tactic I should use??

Man to man would be the safest and the less risky way.

Man to man would be okay, but a 3-2 zone would also be efficient in that it increases perimeter D w/o the loss of too much rebounding if any at all.

If your insdie scoring is good, use "look inside" to increase the number of attack, then your oppenent insiders will get more foul earlier and let them to sit on bench, finally you will win the rebound since their outside shooters miss many jump shot when you made 3-2 defense.

If necessary, you may use crunch time attitude too.

what defense should i run against pushing the ball
