hi,
last week the israel NT coach connected me about a player i drafted
i was quite amazed that he knew everyting about my israeli players
talking to other managers, it appears that NT coaches can pick a player to the national team, check his ranking and then release him

since those managers are also our rivals, if my team is mainly national players, they can adjust more easily because they can tell everything about my team

an 18 years old player with 4800 $/week couldnt possibly be sellected to the NT, so i think that NT managers should ask for permission to see my players abilities!
if my player is good enough, i would allow it since i want my NT to be as strong as possible, but i dont want him to see every player he wishes!!

thats why i voted for another coach
but still, i thing that subject should be fixed.. he can ask me by BB-mail to check a player, and if i think this player has a chance of fitting in i would accept
as in real world by the way, the team manager has to agree with picking his player because it effects his team

thats just my idea, and i could be wrong

One important issue is that your enthuasism will decrease if you drop a player from the national squad. Once the enthusiasm reset has been, which is before season, your team will suffer a lot if you keep checking skills for players.

If you happen to have a national coach that don't care about your national team results he can of course skip the enthusiasm problem and drop all matches but I doubt that many such people will be selected. They will most likely not be re-elected at least.

I find it a bit hard to see how it can be that important for a manager to check skills as well. By checking the tactics you can get a pretty ok understanding of every players skills. In most teams you also have a lot of abroad players so that checking skills for domestic players will only give you little information about how the team plays.

I also find it very hard to believe that the national team coach would hand out information about your players to other managers to help them. Sounds like very much of conspiracy theory there.

Ok, to clear this issue, I was the last coach of Israel-NT that he talking about..
Thats the third season that I've made a list of our best potential from the drafts..

(Just a small part keep training and in the list of the last season we marked just allstar and above and the most are 18 yo to reduce and focus the work)

I've checked around a 70 leagues and 3000-3500 rookies, Of course I don't advertising their skills, just mark them in our talents list for for future purposes that everybody will can see and follow their advancement and talking with their coaches about transfers - for trainings purposes as future NT players..

We also work behind the scenes to connect between people which want to buy a future player and train him intensive to their coaches for produce this significant transfers..
Thats what I did with King Babar about his talent..

I'm completely agree that there are lots of problems to cancel this possibility or approve it by the agreement of the coaches.. but the right thing to do it's to vote for people you trust..

Anyway, I didn't competed this time, term and half is enough for me.. and I don't think that skills of 18 years old rookie, may help me tactical in some way.. furthermore, I hope the current and the next coach will do the same because I think thats the only way to close gaps from the big countries, by recognize the next stars and attach them to investors..
