i know that for fast improvment i should train 2 positions
i'm a dwarf trainer, working on point and second guard mainly

is there any importance regarding how many guards are getting full trainning?
if 2 guards played over 48 minutes and others less' would they improve faster then if 5 guards will recieve 48+ minutes?

thanks

Yes. In order for your player to pop, they need to play over 48 minutes i a week. The less players that play over 48 minutes, the higher the chance that they will pop.

This really isn't true.

To get full training, you need 48 minutes a week. Anyone that plays any minutes in a trained position can pop.

Also, the amount of players that play 48+ a week is irrelevant to training - it's all dependent on how many positions are selected for training.
