So some D V teams don't get to play in the USA tournament? Probably should change "but you'll get your chance to take on your country's best next season" to probably will!

Can a page be put together on the tournament page showing teams not invited so it'd be easier to find a scrimmage!?! It's brutal.

There is a scrimmage thread and the search for scrimmage feature is a supporter feature.

Does that mean there are no more bots in the tournament?

I'm sure there still are but its based off the teams previous season record. I missed the tournament last year (my first full) due to the ending record of the team I started w/ in Div 5.

I have no idea how easy it is to implement but why would we have bots playing and humans sitting at home?

While this is suboptimal, bots are cleaned down every season, so this is a rare occasion.

And given that BB is a long-term game, serious players should be able to cope with 1 sub-optimal season.

Again, I have no idea if it is easy to implement but why even have it as a rare occasion. Is it possible to eliminate it entirely?

I have no idea.

In the beginning of the season, all bots are relegated and all human users promoted. I am not 100% sure whether the game uses situation before or after the cleanup to determine participants. If it uses the after-cleanup situation, there shouldn't be any bots ahead of human users.

Regretfully, nothing can be done for users who register midseason, so the problem will persist in one form or another.
