guys which is the best training program for 3 young short guys???one PG one SG and one SF??

you can use your SF as a SG or PG and train both positions. All of your guys will get training. Or you can train wingmen, in this case you should use your PG as SG or SF to get him some training.

what i ask is what training should i do to them and for how much time if i want to train the as guards

You should train just like Karapaks said. However, you should train JS, P and OD to get the most out of your players.
