New Zealand improved its record to 3-3 with a key victory over Singapore Monday. Newcomers Travis Hayes (2639621) and Virgil Franklin (2642787) both made their first start for the team and performed very well, combining for 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 steals.

We are currently in 4th place out of 8, with the top 4 teams advancing (View the full standings here: (http://www.buzzerbeater.org/BBWeb/ntstandings.aspx?TeamID...)). Next week's game against Saudi Arabia will decide our fate. Huge congratulations and thanks go out to all of the dedicated NZ trainers!
