In my regular season game tonight, my center put up a 2nd chance shot and the result was "undefined" but did not show a missed shot on his stat sheet immediately following his "miss" because my score did not change but he still was shooting 100% at that time.

Bug?

Looks very much like the known goaltending bug ((68157.1)) to me, except for the "score did not change" part. If the score really didn't change, please use the bug forum, and please make sure to include the in-game time in your post, when this happend. If the score did change, it's most likely the known bug.
