if you leave a federation, and post a goodbye message right before leaving, everyone that replies to you will show up as having unread messages. the problem is there is no way of hitting view all, so those messages show over and over and over, a major problem indeed, since im always told i have new messsages now, even when I dont

and if thats the response I get I will be happy to not renew my supporter if thats what it takes to make that grating message go away

I understand your frustration. But if everyone bumped their unaddressed bug report, this forum would just be everyone trying to outbump their issue to the top.

I know it's annoying, all you can do is be patient.

Well Oeufete, i can be patient for 2 more days. then my supporter expires. I would have thought within a few days at least a mail from someone saying "We're looking into this the fix might take a few weeks" or "can you further explain the problem", or even "this isn't our top priority with the game engine gone haywire but we will add it to the list of things to fix". Could be here, could be in bb-mail.

But no response from the people that can fix it, just a flippant reply from you. Extremely dissappointing, and simply bad business. I am glad you understand my frustration because the whole idea of a game is a diversion.

To address most of what you wrote:

- I've been away from the computer all weekend.
- I'm just a GM. I don't prioritize the bug list. I can't provide you an estimate.
- There's no need to explain the problem further, you described it clearly.

Hopefully a BB will chime in.
