Can someone help me out with this?

I am new to the game and just bought 3 months of supporter. Some of the features work, but most of them don't. I don't have a scoreboard, can't make press reports etc.....What can i do about this?

Ya everything is working fine. The supporter page now says i have this feature for three months instead of saying it has expired
