FCP : Significant increase in created turnovers at the expense of stamina, defense, and rebounding. Very high pace.

So whatever offensive tactics u use should be ok, since FCP targets on teams which have less passing and handling skills.

Pls correct me if im wrong

not totally sure but i noticed full court pressing teams seem to suffer from easy points they give up. those points usually come from high driving attributes players. i would say,

1. if you have good outside defence and driving players, use full court press and push the ball.

2. if you dont have good outside defenders, use 2-3 zone to beat him on boards but still use good driving players as guards with look inside or push the ball choosing the stronger one.

of course it is always better to use players who can handle the ball better, but you can exchange turnovers with rebounds easily. so its up to you to decide. i usually went with what the best my team could do.

No, if you play it against team, who has low offensive flow.

of course it is. whatever the oppnents offence, they will score easy points in 5 seconds in numerous occasions. the frequency of your teams failure to run back should be about its quality.
