i think you are mistaken. if it was the game that occured on 6/23 then mitchell Daughtery only had one assist and that occured at 7:16 to go in the 3rd and he assisted cedric forget in a jump shot. if you saw something else then it must have been a presentational error

I watched the game live. I saw it happen. It's a funny thing I saw, but the GM asked me to send it to bug reports.
