I had a general question about the benfits of training my PFs and Cs. I have been doing Inside Shot and they have each popped a few times. I was going to rotate them from IS,ID, and Rebounding but I have read a few places that to make them better all around players I should do some One on One training.

If I move my PFs to SFs and my Cs to PFs than I can do One on One training for Forwards and still get the maximum for the players I want to train. Does anyone think this is a good idea? What are the biggest benefits from One on One training? Also, what could be the bad side of this besides the obvious that I am missing a week training them on IS,IR, or R?

Thanks for your help

He means taller. It will take longer. ex: I have a 6'7" and a 6'8" guy and neither train as fast as my 6'5" guy in OD, o2o, pass, etc.

Try it anyway and leave feedback in the training speed analysis.

a point is...

keep training them as PF/C

and search transferlist for a potential SF who will need som inside skills and have a good all around

yo train them till you're centers are strong eonough and then you chance to SF/pf

you will no lose training and no losing "value" in yor matchs.

Trining 1vs1 (forwards) willbenefeit you on driving handlingJump shot and ID so if you also give them 2 or 3 trins at jump shot for same position you will made a very interesting PF :D
