So in many ways you can thank me and I guess others for Policing the market over the early weeks as if there was a bargain to be had - we had them -

Uber LOL ^^. They are not buying everything, they are our saviours!

ned, for our sake we don't have to rise their offers anymore :P.

It looks like a bug so a BB will fix it as soon as they can. Will be up to them to decide if you receive the money.

thanks... i think thats reassuring!!

i assume that the decision will not be unique for me! having re-read the latest news article I interpret this to mean that I am entitled to the whole amount...

having not attempted to list anyone since the update I read on one thread the agents fees are 20%.

has there been a table produced to show the reductions as time goes by or is this a 20% no matter when you sell him on fee? I guess its too much to expect a kickback when a former player of yours gets sold on again??!!

I thought you'd like that one!!

so now you can see its just a vicious circle... the cheaters draw the DT's in to patrol the market...we take our cut when we see an opening and let you guys play in the safety that no money dumping is going on.... are we the lesser of 2 evils?? I would argue that if we are the ones prepared to take the responsibilty of ensuring fair play why shouldnt we take a profit whenever possible? should we turn a blind eye?

we all started in the same positiion. I compared my squad to my brothers who had 2x18 and 1x19 yo that walked into the NT. I by comparison had 1 good youth and the skill was in the older players in my team.. the agents fees now will severly limit DT opportunities so you whiners have got your way.

People are now jumping on the CT/TIE bandwagon... what other variables do you want to tone down... cos if it comes down to skill v skill then every thread in a couple of months is going to read...'Why did I lose this... im so much better'

Everyone new is just trying to forge out an advantage..some have more BB knowledge (i dont have any) some are more financially astute... some have training figured out already....do what you do best and let others do that too....you cant change every rule to the way that suits your style best....!

I would like to say that cheating detection and enforcement is now greatly better than what it was a month or so ago. The TL is not the free for all it use to be.

I agree and Im happy to see this....

that is why i find it amazing people people are picking on DT's but turn a blind eye to duplicate accounts and money dumping.. (although not as obvious as first 2 weeks of November!)

This isn't a bug.

From the News item:

The first change you will notice is that there are now agent fees and taxes associated with a player sale. When you go to sell a player, the fees will be listed. Since the fees decrease the longer you have had a player, the fee shown at the moment you put a player up for auction might be slightly higher than the final fee. You will see that the "Bids" and "Economy" pages immediately reflect prices after taxes. However, for the next three days, you will continue to get full price for players sold. All players whose auctions end at least 72 hours after this news post will have these fees applied.

Also, this...

Oh and what a surprise it is BB-Mark that is bidding on my player.... talk about conspiracy theories.....

...is completely unnecessary.

The sole reason I decided to DT was to keep up with them as at the beginning November you would not believe the obvious cheating that was going on.

I'm pleased that you put daytraders on the same level as cheaters. That says enough I think.

Wait wait wait, first of all:

CHEATERS ARE THE EVIL!!!

They have to be banned, kicked out etc etc... they must not be part of the game and people who run BB must deal with them, with the help of the community.

BUT (there is always a but), they cannot be an excuse for a free "killing" market where who only trades rule and who only trains suck. Cheaters are not an excuse for twenty transfers in a week, and daytraders are not cheater-buster (in fact, here and in HT I have seen many suspicious DT).
