i think the difference between a level 5 and a lvl 6 trainer is about 5-15 % of training. But this is just my opinion :) anyway, i think it is a difference between trainers , you just need to try all of them to see the difference :)

So are you saying that he trains players 5-15% faster?

Good! It´s interesting to know in numbers which is the diference (even if it´s approximate)

I would be careful. This is just the opinion of one person... Until there is hard data nothing can be said 100%.

I rather suspect that the difference is closer to 5%, if not less, for a level 5-6 trainer. Again, this goes back to my theory of one extra week of training per season in a single position training program. If the difference was 15%, that is about 2 weeks of extra training per season.

When Mod-Azrail said 5%-15%, i know that it´s not the same 5% than 15% but it´s useful for me to make an approximate idea of which could be the diference. 1-2 weeks per season.

I think we are just looking for someone to confirm that the higher level trainers actually do train faster and are worth more money. People pay lots of money for a higher level trainer and I guess we all assume that their is a difference and an increase in speed of training but it does not explicitly mention it anywhere.

I understand that no one will have the exact percentage but hopefully one of the GMs or people who made the game will tell us something and are not sitting behind their screen laughing at us for trying to get better trainers.

From the cost of staff (salary+bidding) and from the game play point of view (what makes sense to keep things both fair and interesting), it's pretty safe to say that the highest level staff are not worth it while the higher than level 1 staff definitely should be. The actual worth will fluctuate depending on the price, your team's needs and other such circumstances. So, you won't get confirmation, you can get different opinions. What I have guessed and done myself is that I want to be somewhere between levels 3 and 6 with my staff emphasising the level of the trainer. However, I have not had level 6 staff so far due to cost.
