What about firewall? When BC version changes, your firewall notes that it is a different executable, and if you don't give it rights, it will not connect.

not it i checked it's the same i even remover the firewall didn't work

Is "shm" your user name for BB? It could be different that the name that you use to access to web page.
Has your security code got any blank or special character?
Hav you tried with your security suite?

I'm sorry saying always the same, but I can't imagine others problems.

1- it's not different
2- no special characters
3-yes, it's the same

it was working well with versions 1.02 and 1.01 but not with 1.03


i think it's very obvious it's the change from within the program update
the new version has some bug

If it has a bug, a lot of users would note it, and it is working for me and for most of them.
If other versions work for you, I'm almost sure that must be that your firewall or security suite are blocking download of a new program (1.03 version) that is not allowed.

I have the same problem. Under connection it says "Logged in. Correct." But under errors, it say "Error. Connection Login."
I've reinstalled it twice, and reset my computer.

It initially worked for me for one day, but then I couldn't get logged back in.

Help please!

Be sure that you download in not BB servers time of great activity (after matches for example).
And check if your firewall is blocking internet connection.
