I am not talking about elite teams. I am talking about new teams. You can do that because you have strong players on every position. something that we cant say for a developing teams isnt?

Yet a tri-role training is very slow,a team training would be much more slower
If you want to train both the frontcourt and the backcourt,you can train some small forward with some guards/big mans
Surely train all players will give you a very very weak team,and your players will not have any value on the market

A new team could do it as well though, they just wouldn't be making money in the mean time, but once they trained up all 15 trainees, they could sell them all for a LOT of money and buy players that would easily see them through til they made div 1. Once they sell the trainees they start training again. I think team training isn't as "ineffective" as every one thinks.

You can try it, but you will waste your time. Lets say that you have a player with some skills at age 18. The same player on his 21 have +10, +15 if you want, skills. Be sure that his value will be lower than he was 18. So thats not a lot of money....
