I think also if your PF passing rating is much lower that your C the PF will tend to shoot more. I personally like C's with higher pass ratings.

in my team it is most times the opposite PF good passer/c not, the different contribution is still the same - but you are rigth passing is a very important sideskill for both of them.

think of the san antonio spurs (the real team)

Tim Duncan is the PF in that team and averages like 19 points a game.

it all depends on how good the centers playing are and all the other players. You could have a dominant PG and play outside tactics, that would make him seem like the best player.
