I am afraid this is a scam. This player is owned by the Indian NT manager, and has no chance in a million of years to be an NT player on any roster in BB.

Is this allowed? When I was the U-21 manager for Japan, a lower Div. manager asked me to put his 18 yr draftee on the team so he could sell him for more money. I refused because I thought it was against the rules. Will this manager get a warning about abusing his NT status?

I think that the BBs' response to this sort of thing has been to let countries handle this internally. If Indian managers are upset by it they will not re-elect the guy. Given his 50% approval rate and the fact that he didn't manage to win a single competitive game all year, I would say that he has only a few weeks left in his tenure as NT-manager.

I just looked at indias roster, and saw that he is not actually owned by the india NT manager. does this mean that he is truely a NT player?
