Thirty 18 year olds here. Woah.

But I've gotten extremely unlucky with the interviewing process. Additionally, I can't take the word of mouth ratings seriously. I don't have any sure-fire good prospects scouted.

Hope their potential is good too.
Yeah the baseline rankings do seem to be quite inaccurate, however, I suppose it does make things more interesting.

Only 15 18 year olds in my league out of which 6 are useless. :(

I agree with you that 19 year olds should have better skills than 18 year olds on average.

Are there 17 year olds because in the transfer list minnimum age it is 17.
